Logomark options.

The old mark was a fussy three-band pennant. Here are three sharper directions. Option A is applied to the live site now — B and C are bolder alternatives. Pick one and I'll swap it everywhere.

The three marks
Option A
The clean burgee
The current mark, sharpened. One mast, one crisp red swallowtail, one yellow truck at the top. Confident and clearly a burgee. Reads "one" through singularity.

Option B
The one, made literal
The flagstaff is a numeral 1. One person, spelled out in the mark itself, with the red pennant flying from it. The most on-the-nose of the three.
Option C
The pure pennant
Stripped to the essential: one bold red swallowtail, one yellow point at the hoist. No mast. The most iconic and the best favicon. Currently used as the site favicon.

The red is deeper and less alarming — more premium, still unmistakably a signal flag. The yellow is a touch warmer, less lemon. Navies and chart paper are unchanged.

Crew
of One

Tighter letter-spacing and line-height for a more confident set, on the deepened red. Space Grotesk, weight 700. Spacing across the live site was also opened up for more air in the hero and between sections.
